Ingredients

– 120g (4 oz) pudding rice 
– 180g (6 oz ) sugar 
– 1 teaspoon liquid saffron 
– 30g (1 oz) solid vegetable oil 
– 2 tablespoons rose water 
– about 13/4 liters (4 pints) water 
– garnish 
– ground cinnamon 
– almond and pistachio slivers (optional)
